Emaar Mina Rashid Yachts & Marina, previously known as Mina Rashid or Port Rashid, is a waterfront development in Dubai. It sits between Bur Dubai and Deira, next to the Dubai Maritime City. Emaar Properties is in charge of the development and aims to create seven new communities covering a total of 6,800,000 square feet. The plan includes building private beaches and marinas to enhance the area. Back in the 1970s, Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum expanded the Dubai Creek, establishing Port Rashid as Dubai’s primary commercial port. Over the years, Emaar has transformed the area, making it more livable and comfortable. A notable attraction in this area is the Queen Elizabeth 2, a famous ocean liner turned hotel. Various restaurants and entertainment options also thrive here. Emaar’s vision involves constructing a large shopping center called The Dubai Mall by the Sea. Additionally, they plan to develop residential complexes, hotels, and various essential infrastructures along the Gulf Coast. Properties available for purchase at Emaar Mina Rashid consist of one to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. These units offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Dubai skyline. Mina Rashid is set to include nurseries, a school, a park, and modern recreational areas. The development will also house medical clinics, retail outlets, and shopping centers, catering to diverse needs.
