Ellington Properties is a Dubai-based real estate development firm. This company specializes in the development of luxury properties and residences in Dubai, with an emphasis on excellent design and architecture. The majority of Ellington's properties are in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR), Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and the Jumeirah Village Circle. Ellington received four awards for best architecture and interior design following the handover of Belgravia in 2017. Ellington launched Belgravia Square, DT1, and Wilton Terraces in 2018, successfully completed projects, and received the «Innovation Company Award» at the Arabian Business Awards 2018. DT1 in Downtown Dubai, one of Ellington Properties' most significant projects, won the «Best Luxury Project» award at the «Arabian Business Awards 2019». In 2019, the company finished Eaton Place and debuted their newest project, Wilton Park Residences, which features studio and 1-2BR apartments set in natural green spaces.
