Madinat Jumeirah Living, located in Jumeirah, Dubai, is a stunning area near famous attractions such as the Burj Al-Arab hotel, Jumeirah Beach, and Wild Wadi Water Park. People call it “Jumeirah City” because it offers a wide range of amenities. This area spans 40 hectares and comprises three luxurious hotels, two residential communities, a bustling market known as Souk Madinat, and a collection of more than 50 restaurants and bars. Visitors can also attend events at the Madinat Theatre and the outdoor Madinat Arena amphitheater. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of facilities like tennis courts, a spa, a climbing wall, and a beach. The concept for this Madinat Jumeirah Living was developed by the Jumeirah International company. They began building the Madinat Jumeirah Complex in 2000, with the first hotel, Mina A’Salam, already in operation. The design aimed to recreate the ambiance of an old Arabian town within an oasis, using a sandy color palette throughout. Within this area, there is a 5-kilometer-long waterway where visitors can enjoy traditional abra boat rides. The layout is pedestrian-friendly, fostering a sense of intimacy and community. Access to Madinat Jumeirah is convenient; you can take the number 81 bus from the Mall of the Emirates metro station or opt for a short taxi ride. Al Maktoum Airport (DWC) is approximately 40 minutes away, while Dubai International Airport (DXB) is just a 25-minute drive.
