Nad Al Sheba

Nakheel developed the residential community of Nad Al Sheba in Dubai, known for its Mediterranean and Moroccan-style villas. Nad Al Sheba sits to the south of Dubai Creek and shares its borders with Al Markada and the Bu Kadra residential complex to the north. Al Quoz neighbors it to the west. The district offers convenient access to major Dubai attractions via Al Hail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Dubai Silicon Oasis just a 12-minute drive away and Dubai International Airport within about a 30-minute reach.
