User Agreement
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an official offer of the Company to any person (“User”) intending to use the Site on the terms prescribed herein. By committing any action on the Site, you accept this offer in the manner and on the terms specified.
Terms & Definitions
- “Agreement” — this User Agreement posted online at serdar.ae/terms.
- “Company” — SERDAR PROPERTIES Limited Liability Company (Broker ORN: 30683), with its office at 1306, Westbury Office Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, e-mail info@serdar.ae.
- “User” — an individual who is not legally limited from accepting this Agreement, acting on their own behalf and in their own interests.
- “Site” — the Company’s website at serdar.ae.
- “Site Content” — the set of intellectual property objects (including textual information, images, photographs, links, videos, audio recordings and similar) owned by the Company.
- “Device” — mobile communication devices (mobile phones, tablets, and their equivalents) or other devices that emulate their use, as well as computers, laptops and similar.
Introduction
- The Parties agree that a User who uses the Site is considered fully familiar with the terms of the Agreement and accepts them unconditionally. In turn, the Company undertakes to provide Users with constant access to the Agreement’s provisions by publishing them on the Site.
- By continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you are not in a state of material or insignificant delusion regarding its characteristics and functionality. The Site is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, integrability, or satisfactory quality. The Company does not guarantee that the Site is error-free, meets your requirements, or will function correctly with any hardware or software. You accept all risks associated with the Site’s quality and performance.
- A User who fully or partially disagrees with the terms of the Agreement is not entitled to use the Site and should immediately cease using it.
Agreement Acceptance
- The User accepts this Agreement the first moment they use any Site functions, including viewing the Site Content.
The Subject of the Agreement
- The Company grants the User the right to use the Site through its graphic interface on the User’s Device to:
- Study the Site Content.
- Place a callback request.
- Switch to a messenger to send the Company a message.
- Use other available functionality.
- Use of the Site is subject to the User’s consent to personal data processing as prescribed under the Terms & Conditions and the Personal Data & Cookie Policy.
Restricted Use
- When using the Site, the User is not entitled to perform actions aimed at distribution, sale, translation, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from the Site — or any other actions that violate applicable law.
Intellectual Property
- The Company is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights to the Site, the Site Content, and any other intellectual property objects displayed herein.
Miscellaneous
- If certain provisions of the Agreement cannot be applied to the extent specified due to legislative restrictions, they are to be replaced by provisions as close as possible in meaning to the original ones, and are subject to application in an amended form — including to already established relations.
- Should one or more provisions be recognised as invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
