Processing Consent

Under this Personal Data Processing Consent (the “Consent”), by providing your Personal Data through the Site, you consent to the Processing of your Personal Data by the Operator for the following purposes:

1. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
2. Communicating with you regarding feedback left on the Site, messages sent via any supported messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram and similar), and general responses — including providing information about the Operator’s services and the terms on which they are offered.
3. Sending marketing materials and information by email and/or SMS (until you unsubscribe).
4. Registration and regulation of contractual relations between you and the Operator.
5. Performing actions permitted by legislation and necessary for interaction within the framework of existing legal relations.
6. Reflecting information in the Operator’s internal databases.
7. Transferring Personal Data to third parties under agreements concluded with such persons, in the manner and on the terms provided in the Personal Data & Cookie Policy.

Approved Range of Personal Data

The categories of Personal Data we may process include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Other categories of Personal Data where expressly provided by you

Approved Actions

1. Mixed Processing of Personal Data (both automated and non-automated).
2. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of Personal Data.

Processing Method

The Processing of your Personal Data is carried out through mixed Processing. The Operator does not establish categories, a list of Personal Data, or a list of set requirements and prohibitions that limit the Processing scope beyond what is set out in this document and the Personal Data & Cookie Policy.

Personal Data may only be transferred by the Operator through its internal network, which restricts access to information to strictly defined employees.

Situations Requiring Erasure of Personal Data

1. Termination of the Operator’s activity.
2. Liquidation of the Operator.
3. Reorganisation of the Operator.
4. Expiration of the storage period provided for by the Policy.

I confirm that I am thoroughly acquainted with the content of this Consent, have no objections, and consent to all actions with my Personal Data specified herein. I act consciously, of my own free will, and in my own interests.

User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an official offer of the Company to any User intending to use the Site on the terms prescribed herein. By committing any action on the Site, you accept this offer in the manner and on the terms specified.

Terms & Definitions

1. “Agreement” — this User Agreement posted online at serdar.ae/terms.
2. “Company” — SERDAR PROPERTIES Limited Liability Company (Broker ORN: 30683), with its office at 1306, Westbury Office Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, e-mail: info@serdar.ae.
3. “User” — an individual who is not legally limited from accepting this Agreement, acting on their own behalf and in their own interests.
4. “Site” — the Company’s website located at serdar.ae.
5. “Site Content” — the set of intellectual property objects, including textual information, images, photographs, links, videos, audio recordings and similar, owned by the Company.
6. “Device” — mobile communication devices (mobile phones, tablets, and their equivalents) and other devices that emulate their use, including computers and laptops.

Introduction

1. The Parties agree that a User who uses the Site is considered fully familiar with the terms of the Agreement and accepts them unconditionally. In turn, the Company undertakes to provide Users with constant access to the Agreement’s provisions by publishing it on the Site.
2. By continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you are not in a state of material or insignificant delusion regarding its characteristics and functionality. The Site is provided “AS IS”, without any warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, integrability, or satisfactory quality. The Company does not guarantee that the Site is error-free, meets your requirements, or will function correctly with any hardware or software. You accept all risks associated with the Site’s quality and performance.
3. A User who disagrees with the terms of this Agreement must immediately cease using the Site.

Agreement Acceptance

1. You accept this Agreement the first moment you use any Site functions, including viewing the Site Content.

The Subject of the Agreement

1. The Company grants you the right to use the Site through its reproduced graphic interface on your Device screen to:
   1. Study the Site Content.
   2. Place a callback request.
   3. Switch to a messenger to send the Company a message.
   4. Use other available functionality.
2. Use of the Site is subject to your consent to Personal Data processing as prescribed under this Agreement and the Personal Data & Cookie Policy.

Restricted Use

1. When using the Site, you are not entitled to perform actions aimed at distribution, sale, translation, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from the Site, or any other actions that violate applicable law.

Intellectual Property

1. The Company is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights to the Site, the Site Content, and any other intellectual property objects displayed herein.

Miscellaneous

1. If certain provisions of the Agreement cannot be applied due to legislative restrictions, they are to be replaced by provisions as close as possible in meaning to the original ones, and are subject to application in an amended form — including to already established relations.
2. Should one or more provisions be recognised as invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
